2. Sign up

The process is easy and can be done in a few minutes on your first day at the gym. We ask you to make an informal membership commitment of three months because we want to invest in training people who are as committed as we are!

There are Private Sessions as well as a Semi-Private class if you are not comfortable working out in a group setting, or just really want that one-on-one attention.  Email us at if this is what you are interested in!
